How to Take

Take with your main meal:

• 2 tablets from the purple blister
• 2 capsules from the pink blister
• Swallow with water or a cold drink.
• Do not chew.
• Take on a full stomach.
• Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

The pack contains 30 tablets + 30 capsules, equivalent to 15 days' supply at the recommended intake.

Important: This formula replaces other Hairfollic multivitamins, so Vitabiotics states that there is no need to take an additional multivitamin alongside it.
