How to Use

1. Read the enclosed patient information leaflet carefully before starting use.

2. Chew one piece slowly until the taste becomes strong or a tingling sensation develops.

3. Stop chewing and rest the gum between your cheek and gum.

4. When the taste fades, chew again until the taste returns, then rest it again.

5. Continue this chew-and-rest technique for approximately 30 minutes, then dispose of the gum safely. Do not swallow it.

6. Use one piece whenever a smoking or vaping craving occurs, following the leaflet's dosing schedule. Do not use more than 15 pieces per day.
